Meet Mat 2 - Little God of Fortune

This is my entry to the Meet Mat 2 Contest - Was inspired by the Chinese New Years and chose a little non-traditional outfit (because its green) for the Fortune God. I also just wanted to keep away from adding tonnes of grunge and noise to a character due to that being what we put on everything we make ever in every prop at work ever. Was nice to just make something... clean. Ya know?

I made the coins in designer and applied them in painter, I'm not a sadist to stamp those down one by one, and I drew up some alphas in photoshop to stamp the swirls because holy moley I remember the last meet mat comp where I painted every single one as I didn't realise I could use alphas, and that made painter run so badly after about 200,000,000 strokes so I learnt my lesson from then.
